Project Description
For this ground-up custom home and creative studio in the Roosevelt Historic District of Downtown Phoenix, we brought together contemporary desert living, Spanish-inspired architecture, and thoughtful sustainable design. We designed the residence as both a private home and our headquarters, balancing hospitality, functionality, and creativity within one cohesive environment.
A Spanish-inspired arched entryway introduces the home’s refined character, while contemporary open living spaces support daily life, gathering, and collaborative work. Natural materials, modern desert landscaping, and intentional architectural details connect the interiors to their Downtown Phoenix setting. Thoughtful space planning keeps the home flexible without compromising its sense of warmth.
Custom interiors, including a playful children’s room and curated studio spaces, add a personal layer to the design. The result is a distinctive Roosevelt Historic District custom home where craftsmanship, sustainability, and modern living come together.
