Project Description
For this whole-home remodel and home addition in Phoenix’s Arcadia neighborhood, we combined architectural design with residential interior design to create a more functional, light-filled home. Our team embraced a Vintage Modern aesthetic, preserving the residence’s original character while introducing refined architectural details, updated functionality, and a fresh approach to contemporary living.
Vaulted ceilings and strategically placed skylights bring natural light into the expanded spaces, while thoughtful space planning improves the connection between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. We anchored the home with a custom kitchen featuring natural wood cabinetry, geometric tile flooring, and carefully selected materials and finishes that balance vintage-inspired character with modern craftsmanship.
Layered textures, collected artwork, and a curated gallery wall add personality and depth. The result is a cohesive Arcadia renovation that feels elevated, inviting, and connected to the home’s history.
