Project Description
For Ruth Ave Residence in Arcadia North Phoenix, we shaped a contemporary residential design around a low-slung architectural profile and an easy connection to outdoor living. The front elevation pairs light masonry, dark rooflines, warm wood entry and garage doors, and patterned breeze-block screens that add texture and privacy.
Layered planting beds and a broad lawn soften the clean geometry of the home, while the rear courtyard brings the design to life around a swimming pool, covered patio, and outdoor lounge. Expansive openings and carefully framed views support a relaxed relationship between the home and its landscape.
The overall design balances modern architectural lines with warm, livable details, creating an Arcadia North Phoenix residence that feels grounded in its setting and made for everyday living and gathering.
