For this ground-up custom home in DC Ranch, Scottsdale, we paired architectural design with complete residential interior design to create a refined Desert Modern retreat. Clean architectural lines, expansive glazing, and a warm contemporary material palette blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living while keeping the residence connected to its Sonoran Desert setting.
Native, drought-tolerant landscaping complements natural stone elements and modern exterior finishes, reinforcing the relationship between the home and its surroundings. Inside, we curated the materials, fixtures, and furnishings with an emphasis on understated luxury and effortless livability. Thoughtful space planning carries the same calm, open feeling through the interiors.
A spa-inspired primary bath features a freestanding soaking tub positioned to capture panoramic desert views. Sculptural starburst lighting and layered natural materials add warmth, texture, and sophistication throughout this Scottsdale custom home.
